Terms & Conditions

1. Parties and Definitions

This agreement is between Serhat Aksoy (Service Provider) and the customer (Service Recipient). These terms are governed by English law and subject to the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

2. Service Scope and Duration

We provide SEO consultancy, web design, local SEO optimization, Google My Business management, and digital marketing services. Service duration is as specified in the contract. Services are provided under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 for consumer customers.

3. Payment Terms

Payment terms are as specified in the contract. All prices include VAT where applicable. Late payment interest will be charged at 8% per annum above the Bank of England base rate as per Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.

4. Customer Obligations

Customers must provide accurate and complete information, grant necessary access permissions, and cooperate effectively. Responsibility for incorrect information lies with the customer.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, designs, and materials are protected under the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988. Unauthorized use, reproduction, and distribution are prohibited and may result in legal action.

6. Cancellation and Refund Policy

As digital services begin immediately upon agreement, refunds are not available once work has commenced, in accordance with Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Cancellation rights apply within 14 days before service commencement.

7. Liability and Warranty

Services are provided with reasonable skill and care as required by the Consumer Rights Act 2015. SEO results depend on search engine algorithm changes and cannot be guaranteed. Liability for indirect losses is excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law.

8. Dispute Resolution

Disputes will first be resolved through good faith negotiations. If unresolved, disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of English courts. Consumers may also use alternative dispute resolution services.

9. Data Protection Compliance

Personal data is processed in accordance with UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018. Full details are available in our Privacy Policy.

10. Force Majeure

Neither party shall be liable for delays or failures due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, government actions, or technical failures.
